This privacy policy describes how Insolvens collects, uses and protects your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable national legislation.

2.1 Contact form

When you fill in the contact form, we collect:

• Full name — to address you correctly in our reply
• Email address — to respond to your request
• Phone number (optional) — to contact you by phone if needed
• Subject and message — to understand your request
• IP address — for security (spam prevention)

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering into a contract at the data subject's request; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the controller's legitimate interest.

Storage period: Messages are stored for a maximum of 2 years, after which they are automatically deleted.

2.2 Cookies and browsing data

2.3 Data from contracts and legal files

If you become a client of the practice, we collect the data necessary for providing legal services. This data is subject to a separate contract and to professional confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We may share it with:

• Competent authorities — where required by law (courts, UNPIR, the tax authority)
• Professional partners (lawyers, experts, accounting experts) — strictly for your file, with your consent
